1. Start Growing Microgreens

How to Grow Microgreens in 7 Steps

If you have had a chance to explore my blog, then you know I’m crazy about microgreens.  You can grow almost any herb or vegetable in microgreen form, and reap all sorts of nutritional value. Microgreens are great if you are the type of person who’s impatient and loves (almost) instant gratification. The entire grow cycle from planting to harvesting lasts little more than a week, which makes microgreens a fun and fast paced indoor gardening project.

2. Propagate Succulents

How to Propagate Succulents

Succulent propagation is surprisingly one of the easier indoor gardening projects, once you learn the basics. It’s also a lot of fun! Succulents do take a while to grow so you won’t see the instant gratification that you get with microgreens, but the benefit is they are relatively low maintenance. As long as they get adequate amounts of light and a moderate watering every 1-2 weeks they should do great!
